November 9 We were to have the first Union/Management for Steel division today. Melt shop management did not show up.
September 17, 2007 Over the last few months Union/Management meetings have become sporadic. One example is; During the last 18 months there have been agreements reached. The actions taken by the company following these agreements have not always been consistent with the agreements reached. Another example being; Several requests by your Local Executive Committee to have follow up meetings on important issues seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. Because of these inconsistent actions of the Company the Union has now requested that the Company from this point forward put any agreements with this Union in writing.
